"Tuhina" Capacity Development Training Program

A capacity development training program named "Tuhina" was held at the office auditorium on 13-11-2025, with the aim of developing the attitudes, knowledge, skills and ideas of office officials as per a concept of the Welimada Divisional Secretary, with the aim of improving their performance and competence.A capacity development training program named "Tuhina" was held at the office auditorium on 13-11-2025, with the aim of developing the attitudes, knowledge, skills and ideas of office officials as per a concept of the Welimada Divisional Secretary, with the aim of improving their performance and competence.

The main resource contribution for this was made by the veteran song critic Thushara Hettiarachchi Kividun. The Divisional Secretary, Assistant Divisional Secretary, Assistant Planning Director, Accountant, Administrative Officer, Administrative Gramadhari, Grama Niladhari, Development Officers, Field Officers, Management Service Officers and Samurdhi Development Officers participated in this program.

Fifteen respected Maha Sangha members were invited to the office, offered alms and other alms with eight auspicious rituals, received alms and blessings, and finally had the opportunity to listen to a melodious Dhamma sermon.
